Though the auxiliary batteries of your camper van are protected from exhaustive discharge for at least four weeks, you should charge the batteries within this period if possible. You will find exact instructions in your Owner’s Manual. Should you not be using your vehicle for a lengthier period, it is also advisable to secure the gas supply system by removing the gas bottles.
De-frost the coolbox and carefully clean the vehicle interior. Clean the complete vehicle interior, including fabrics, plastic elements, stainless steel surfaces, windows and seals, with appropriate cleaning substances. For more information, please refer to your Owner's Manual.
Protect the vehicle's paintwork and roof against the effects of environmental factors using a hard wax preservation agent. And finally, check the condition of the tyres.
