The new Citan Tourer is there to make your job easier: from the spacious flexible passenger compartment with comfortable Fold & Load rear bench seat to the ergonomically designed driver's area. Awaiting you here are comfortable seats, simple operation and several easy-to-reach stowage areas, for example on the instrument panel.

Extensive range of safety equipment comes as standard.

The Citan Tourer offers you and your passengers safe passage. An extensive occupant protection system with 7 airbags and 5 assistance systems is installed as standard. The new Citan Tourer is therefore optimally prepared to provide active assistance in traffic and to protect you in the event of an accident. Just like any other Mercedes-Benz.

Before the new Citan Tourer was launched, the robustness of our compact van was put to the test in a series of challenging Mercedes-Benz summer and winter trials in addition to tough corrosion tests. As a result, it offers the level of reliability that you have come to expect from a Mercedes-Benz van.

Compact on the outside, roomy on the inside.

In the new Citan Tourer your passengers will feel at home straight away: easy access is provided by the two standard sliding doors whose hinged windows also ensure excellent ventilation. All seats are upholstered with hard-wearing fabric. When required, the backrests can be folded down in a 1/3 to 2/3 ratio to create a level loading floor.

A space full of possibilities.

The passenger compartment of the new Citan Tourer allows you to offer your passengers something special: with the optionally available tinted glazing, carpeted floor, folding tables and USB ports, you can adapt the level of comfort to the precise needs of your passengers. And if you happen to need more space for luggage, you can fold down the ⅓ to ⅔ split-folding 3-seater bench seat to create a larger load compartment with level floor. If that's not sufficient, the optional roof rack with integral basic carrier bars provides additional load capacity.

Providing safe passage.

Even equipped with just the standard safety equipment the Citan Tourer takes some beating: 5 assistance systems and 7 airbags, including the centre airbag, are with you on every trip. Depending on how you use your small van, it may also be worth adding other equipment, for example Active Distance Assist DISTRONIC¹ and Active Steering Assist¹ if you frequently drive in stop-start traffic. The reversing camera can be useful if you are frequently parking and manoeuvring in narrow town centres.

Do you want to spend your working days as productively and stress-free as possible and remain contactable while on the move? The modular infotainment equipment in the new Citan supports you with exactly those features that are important to you. The highlight is the MBUX multimedia system with navigation and Smartphone Integration.

MBUX allows you to experience multimedia in the vehicle in a totally new way, both in terms of the extensive range of functions and networking possibilities on offer and the numerous ways of operating your multimedia system.

Touchscreen.

To operate the multimedia system, you can use the high-resolution touchscreen with 17.8 cm (7-inch) screen diagonal in the same way that you use your mobile devices. The buttons on the multifunction steering wheel provide another input option.

"Hey Mercedes" is all you need to say to launch the comprehensive voice control system for convenient control of the multimedia system.

Intelligent connectivity for greater productivity.

The infotainment equipment in the new Citan has a solution for almost everything, whether you want to get to your destination more quickly using the latest traffic data whilst charging your mobile device wirelessly, or operate your optional MBUX multimedia system via the high-resolution touchscreen, the buttons on the multifunction steering wheel or voice command. Everything is possible. Also new are the connectivity services from Mercedes me which offer you almost unlimited possibilities for information and entertainment in your small van, as well as additional safety and security.
